We have had our last 2018 Reunion Chairs Meeting and all parts are in place!
The events have been planned,
the food has been ordered,
the Raffle Tickets are ready,
the ID Badges are being printed,
the T-Shirts are being packaged,
the agenda is being printed
and the city of Roanoke Rapids and the state of North Carolina have been warned
that the 2018 Harvey Reunion is about to go down
And the entire reign will be better because of it.
Once again if you haven’t registered there is still time to do so. Just visit our website “Shopping Cart” today.
Registration takes minutes and you can pay using one of the most reliable merchant sites PayPal.
Remember there are only 2 more days to register before the June 22nd deadline. We will be closing our website”Shoppng Cart” at 11;59pm EST on June 22nd 2018.
Rather Mail it, you can use this link to Download our “Registration Form.” print it, fill it out and send it. But do it now to make sure your registration is postmarked on or before the June 22nd, 2018 deadline.
Please print extras and give them to every family member you Don’t see on our “2018 Registrants page and tell them about the June 22nd deadline!
We have to make sure all funds make it to the bank before the reunion.
Remember all registrations received at the door must be in CASH ONLY in the amount of $65 for adults, $35 for teens and $25 for children 6 t0 12 years old.

Saturday, June 30th – Family Luncheon
Location: Mystique Ballroom, Roanoke Rapids, NC
Time: 10:30am – 2:30pm
* Remember to wear your 2018 Harvey Family Reunion t-shirt to the luncheon.
* Family Group Pictures Taken
* Talent/Fashion Show practice after luncheon
Saturday, June 30th – Family Dinner Banquet
Location: Mystique Ballroom, Roanoke Rapids, NC
Time: 6:00pm – 12:00am
* More Formal Attire
* Talent/Fashion Show
* Generational Group Pictures Taken
Sunday, July 1, 2018 – Our Family Worship Service
Location: Willow Oak AME Church, 213 S Main St, Rich Square, NC 27869
Time: 11:00am – Until
* A member of your family branch will be collecting for the church and whether you attend church regularly or not you should make a donation to our family’s home church.
If you arrive earlier on Thursday or Friday before the Family Meet and Greet you can take advantage of Roanoke Rapids Lake, 100 Oakwood Avenue, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870. They have horseshoes, swimming, a kids play area, a grilling area and a trail for those that want to exercise by walking.
*But Remember it’s NOT A BEACH – it’s A LAKE! Please Dress accordingly!
